They are exclusively owned and operated by Dev is Devil developers. Purchasing a license grants you a temporary, revocable right to use the specific software API and Client.

Under no circumstances does your license grant you access to the underlying backend source code, scraping algorithms, or proprietary server infrastructure. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, trace, or bypass the authentication and proxy-routing mechanisms of any Dev is Devil software.

Our tools, such as Zilch Bounce, are advanced automated systems built exclusively for authorized penetration testing, academic security research, lead generation, and lawful cybersecurity auditing.

You explicitly agree that you possess the necessary written authorizations to scan, target, or query any infrastructure you investigate using our tools. You are strictly prohibited from using any Dev is Devil software to facilitate unauthorized access, data theft, cyber terrorism, or any illegal acts under your local, state, federal, or international laws.

You may not use Dev is Devil software to scrape Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for malicious intent or to violate the privacy of individuals or entities.

By executing our software, communicating with its APIs, or utilizing its outputs, the End User assumes 100% of the legal, financial, and moral responsibility for their actions. If you utilize our tools to attack, breach, or compromise systems without explicit consent, you act entirely on your own accord and the developers cannot and will not be held responsible. We do not monitor your queries, and we do not accept liability for the data you extract.

Your Dev is Devil API Keys and software licenses are strictly for individual or internal corporate use (if on a business plan). You may not under any circumstances:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the software or its API keys to third parties.
• Bundle the software or its API into your own commercial SaaS, Discord bots, or PaaS applications.
• Share your API key or credentials on public forums, chat groups, or with unauthorized teams.

Any API key found to be shared or abused will be permanently revoked immediately.

Due to the digital and infrastructural nature of our proprietary proxies and scraping network, all sales are final and absolutely non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

Our tools rely heavily on interaction with third-party search engines and external APIs. Therefore, all software is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee infinite uptime of parsing mechanisms, as search engine algorithms and anti-bot protections frequently change. While we continually update our evasion techniques, purchasing a license does not guarantee perpetual functionality against severe external network blocks.
